The NSB group shall enter into framework agreements for the group to cover the needs within printing services. The procurement is for the production of printed matter. Simple design assignments, layout and distribution are also included for some parts of the procurement.
The contract value for the entire contract is estimated to approx. 23 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The estimate is based on historical figures from 2014. The were considerable changes to the procured volume during the previous framework agreement's four year period, as a result of digitalisation. The digitalisation will continue and the volume procured will decrease. Circulars and timetable publications will be phased out and the use of preprinted forms, envelopes, letter paper etc. will be reduced.
The turnover will be further reduced throughout the contract's lifetime, due to, amongst other things, a transition to electronic based services. The volume is thus not binding for the contracting authority.
There will be recognised environmental requirements for the service in accordance with the NSB group's environmental policy.
