The project will be implemented as a turnkey contract based on a sketch prepared by Rambøll AS. The turnkey contractor shall further develop the sketch project and be responsible for detailed design, construction and commissioning. The nursing home will be constructed with 7 floors, with 123 beds. In addition, the building will include a production kitchen, day centre with 30 places and a medical centre for 4 doctors. The building will also include a cafe, space for physiotherapy, nursing clinic, wellness baths, hairdressers and foot care as well as administration and healthcare provider areas. The total area is 12 330 m².
