Posten Norge AS (Norway Post) shall co-localise their units situated in Trondheim, for letter, parcel and goods management, with a new logistics centre at Torgård (south of Trondheim). Moreover, a third-party warehouse shall be established. The warehouse shall contain a car wash/service building and a fuel facility. The size of the site is 70 000 m² and the total area of the buildings amount to approx. 24 000 m² Posten Eiendom is the builder of the project.
