The police shall ensure efficient and future orientated use of software and systems from Microsoft for the establishment of a new building in Oslo for the Police Directorate. The police have an enterprise contract with Microsoft and require, in addition, access to resources with more knowledge of the current Microsoft systems and who can contribute with insight in further developments in the field, as well as ensure continuous and updated knowledge and involvement around the further development for the software systems belonging to Microsoft's relevant portfolio. The police would like to have insight in and knowledge of the products and the technology that is in the systems from Microsoft, as well as the possibility to influence further developments. Access is also wanted to development milieu and experience bases from implementations and tests in comparable surroundings at other contracting authorities.
