FKN invites tenderers to a dialogue conference on the 20.1.2015, at 9:30 am. Location: Scandic Victoria, Rosenkrantzgate 13, 0121 Oslo.
The dialogue conference concerns new tenders for the procurement of car rental services for the FKN co-operation.
The county municipality Nord (FKN) consists of the county municipalities of Møre og Romsdal, Sør-Trøndelag, Nord-Trøndelag, Nordland, Troms and Finnmark.
FKN is not a separate legal entity, and in connection with the signing of the contract with the chosen supplier for this procurement, identical contracts will be established for each of the county municipalities with the chosen supplier(s). Any participating municipalities and other affiliated businesses will go in under the contract to the individual county municipalities.
Legal responsibility and contractual follow-up within their own organisations lies with the individual contracting party.
The purpose of the market dialogue is to present FKN's goals and needs in this procurement and invite the market/supplier to provide input and suggestions for the Contracting Authority's presented draft tender documentation.
The dialogue conference will be carried out in two parts, where the suppliers can choose whether to participate in both part 1 and part 2, or only in part 1.
