Firework class IV and pyrotechnical services shall be procured.
The aim of the procurement is to give Oslo's inhabitants and their guests a firework show on New Years Eve, as private fireworks have been limited by law from and including 2008.
The extent of the fireworks shall be that as many of Oslo's inhabitants as possible shall be able to see them at a distance.
Fireworks shall be sent up from two — 2 — bases (Oslo Harbour and Furuset sports park) from midnight on New Years Eve and for a short time into the new year.
