The Norwegian National Rail Administration would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of hand held GSM-R terminals (OPH, GPH and OPS) in order to cover the Norwegian National Rail Administration's need for such terminals We expect that there will be a need to replace a reasonable amount of the terminals that are currently in use under the new contract. The terminals must be in accordance with the requirements for GSM-R terminals given in the EIRENE and specifications. The framework agreement must also cover an option for repairing the terminals.
