DSS would like to establish a framework agreement(s) within different disciplines for technical consultancy services. The objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement(s) that covers DSS:ICT's total needs for technical consultancy services in relation to the various disciplines within ICT.
The agreements will secure DSS access to consultants who will be able to step up as claimants and consultants on technical issues related to the current common ICT-platform and in the project New ICT solutions for the ministries. The service providers cannot therefore simultaneously be DSS service providers or sub suppliers of services for development, implementation, operation or suppliers of equipment in the ICT area, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 3-8.
A framework agreement shall be signed for technical consultancy services within each of the disciplines. The disciplines included in the framework agreement are:
1. Network.
2. ICT Platform, information security and system administration.
3. Core service/discipline services.
4. Architecture.
5. System approval.
6. Implementation.
