Through the framework agreement, Skodje municipality wants to ensure high quality and nutritious dinners for all users in the municipality's institutions, shared housings, users living at home with a delivery agreement, and day care centres.
The dinner portions shall be made in accordance with the cooking/cooling method and a day's menu shall comprise two courses; dinner and dessert/soup. This applies for all days except Saturdays. The supplier shall be able to offer alternative to porridge on Saturdays.
Estimated annual volume in Skodje municipality is between 17 000 and 18 000 dinner portions.
