On behalf of the participating municipalities the contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for purchase of fuel and fuel oil in bulk as well as lubricants. See the attached price form for an overview of the products.
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier who can comply with the municipalities' continuous requirement for these products.
