The framework agreement applies to locksmith services, both acute and scheduled, for all municipal agencies. The contract is for both material, work and transport, as well as necessary additional services that are necessary for fulfilment of the assignment.
The framework agreement covers all procurements within the area, not exceeding NOK 500 000 per call off. The framework agreement does not include projects relating to renovation and investments included in building contracts, but the contracting authority retains the right, but not the obligation, to use the framework agreement.
