80301 – Airtight building
Expected and preliminary work scope and performance for contract 80301
80301 will take over the completed levelled building pit after the mass haulage contract (80401).
80301 is then responsible for the erection of structural completion which includes framework (land, foundations and load bearing system) as well as facade works for the new Flesland terminal. The contract also includes technical infrastructure to be lain in the ground under the building as well as cast-in-place heating/cooling coils in the floor. The new terminal contains a large glass face to the east and west, as well as glass roof over parts of the terminal. This will be contracted separately (contract 80313) but with the possibility for transfer to 80301.
80301 also includes building of external supporting structures for a ramp to deliver goods to the terminal, as well as a culvert for the urban rail. The culvert is approximately 350m long and at it's widest is approximately 20 metres.
80301 will be responsible for common rigging for the T3 project. including own and subsequent contracts, but not Contractor rigging. Amongst other things, this includes barracks, arrival systems, temporary technical installations, Clean, dry building and HSE responsibility as the main concern.
For parts of 80301 it will be to supplier design. Including amongst other things, steel and concrete elements, as well as parts of the facade systems. 80301 will also be responsible for stability of the building during the construction phase.
