Riksrevisjonen has outsourced the operation of its firewall. We have therefore a need for a new contract that is operative from 1.1.2015.
In addition to the operation of the firewall, there is a need for security services connected to security events such as, for example, virus attacks, DDoS attack, trojans etc. In the event of an attack, we would want to have access to resources who can assist with clearing up and damage reducing work.
Furthermore, Riksrevisjonen is considering to implement IDS/IPS systems that shall be operated externally as these types of systems must be monitored 24/7/365.
We would like to have all these services from the same service provider so as to have simple control of our security services and not too many accesses into our internal network.
