The client has an ongoing need for rough and finish carpentry, as well as sheet metal services. The need this framework agreement is intended to cover minor maintenance and repair work, and covers both planned work and emergency repairs.
The assignments will be of varying size, but are limited to NOK 200,000 per assignment. Assignments with larger estimated value than this are not included in this Framework Agreement. Please take into consideration that the payment limit can be adjusted up to NOK 300,000 during the full contract period.
The estimated annual value of the agreement is approximately NOK 15 million annually The estimate is based on historical data, and please note that there is considerable uncertainty associated with the estimate. Call-offs on the framework agreement will further depend on the appropriations of the contracting authority receives in its budget. The estimate is not binding.
A framework agreement will be entered into with three suppliers assuming that there is a sufficient number of qualified tenders. If for any reason one of the parties withdraws from the contract, its delegated assignments will be allocated to the other parties of this framework agreement.
