Årstad sixth form college, Building A approx. 6 900 m2 gross shall be renovated.
New floor layout, new windows, insulation of the facade, new ceilings, new floor covers, new doors, new kitchen, new lift. All the technical installations shall be demolished and new installations shall be established.
The project is organised as a turnkey contract divided into two, one for construction and one for the technical professions. An interaction phase will be held before the final contract after the winners of the 2 contracts are selected.
This turnkey contract is for the technical professions.

Contracting 6.10.2014.
Interaction phase 6th October – 8th December 2014.
Construction start 7.4.2015.
Completion 27.6.2016.
