Femern A/S needs a number of additional Danish and German specialists in various positions in order to complete the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link Project.
Femern A/S has therefore decided to procure the assistance of search and selection companies/recruitment agencies that are specialised in the search and selection/recruitment of Danish and German personnel within the areas that Femern A/S needs during the final phases of the design of the project and the construction phase.
The categories of personnel foreseen to be needed are:
— Executive Officers and Managers
— Social science candidates (e.g. economists, lawyers, IT-specialists)
— Engineers
— Administrative personnel
For this purpose, Femern A/S intends to conclude non-exclusive framework agreements with two to three companies, covering a period of 4 years.
The tender included the following 3 lots:
— Lot 1: Framework agreement for Search and Selection of Danish personnel
— Lot 2: Framework agreement for Recruitment of Danish personnel
— Lot 3: Framework agreement for Search and Selection / Recruitment of German personnel
The procurement of consultancy services for Recruitment of Personnel has as its objective a service covered by Annex IIB of the Public Procurement Directive (Directive 2004/18/EU). The procurement is therefore not governed by the Public Procurement Directive or the Danish Act no. 1410 of 7th December 2012 “Tilbudsloven”.
