The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the provision of consultancy services for the development of a quality assurance system. The framework agreement will have a duration of 1 year from when the contract is established, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for up to 1+1+1 year - total maximum 4 years. The options will be automatically triggered unless there is distinct notification of termination of the agreement, at the latest 1 month prior to the option period taking effect.
The scope of the required assistance is estimated at approximately 800 hours during the entire contract period including options, i.e. a total of four years. The estimate must be regarded as non-binding, and call-offs will regardless occur according to actual needs.
