We have established a standard workplace concept for the entire Norwegian Public Roads Administration. We need assistance in workplace design, workplace solutions and supplementary services. We want to enter into framework agreement with one supplier. We are in a comprehensive relocation process. During 2015 and 2016 will have just under 1 000 employees needing new workplaces. We expect most of the activity to take place in the first 2 years of the contract.
Option:
Other NPRA regions — as well as the Directorate of Public Roads and the Road Supervisory Authority — have an option to sign on to the agreement. They are free to exercise the option or to conduct their own procurements for similar deliveries.
There is also an option for a 1 plus 1 year extension beyond 15.10.2016.
