Oslo municipality will enter into cooperative purchasing agreements (framework agreements) for the purchase of cleaning for their establishments (for example schools, nursery schools, nursing homes, office buildings, etc.).
The agreements shall have a duration of 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 2 years (1 + 1), to a total maximum of 4 years.
The agreement comprises daily cleaning and periodical cleaning.
The contracts are for units in Oslo municipality that do not carry out their own cleaning.
The cooperative purchasing agreement is believed to have a yearly value of approximately 100 000 000 NOK.
