The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Directorate of Roads invites tenderers to a competition for consultancy services for the Department Programme Winter Operations. The contracting authority would like tenders for consultancy services for the Department Programme Winter Operations. This contract shall provide assistance in a sub project in the department programme called "Thawing Methods". The aim of the project is to test out and document results of new thawing methods compared with traditional methods for thawing subdrains and ditches by using steam boilers, heating cables and ice excavation etc. The assistance consists of project management, reporting and obtaining various data in the sub project.
