Conduction of an evaluation of Norway‘s support to women‘s rights and gender equality in development cooperation. The evaluation covers the periode 2007–2013. The evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with prevailing OECD DAC Evaluation quality standards and use the criteria of relevance, effectiveness and sustainability.
