4 aphaeresis machines to replace 5 Cobe Spectras. The machines will be used for leukapheresis of cell products for patients and donors (children and adults) to use in cell therapy. The machines must provide satisfactory quantitative and qualitative yield when extracting cells. Statutory requirements for traceability and documentation according to Cell Regulation (EC Cell Directive ), JACIE accreditation standard and 'Directive 2010/32/EU-prevention from sharp injuries in the hospital and healthcare sector' must be followed.
