DONG Energy Thermal Power A/S has unfortunately not received any suitable tenders for a new gasification plant at Asnæs that can be subject to an award.
As a consequence DONG Energy Thermal Power A/S has assessed the legal implications hereof and according to EU-legislation DONG Energy Thermal Power A/S is unfortunately obliged to cancel the tender procedure for a gasification plant at Asnæs published in Contract Notice send on 7.5.2014 and published 10.5.2014 in Tenders Electronic Daily 2014/S 090-157991 include additional correction notice to the Contract Notice.
