The Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) will sign one framework agreement with one service provider who will assist with service development linked to management, change and new developments of common ICT platforms and associated service catalogues over the next 4 years (2 + 1 + 1). The agreement applies to DSS and the organisations to which DSS may provide ICT services at any time. For more, see the qualification documents Part 1, Section 5, ff. The framework agreement will include design, development, tests and putting the product into production. In addition the contract includes third line support and other services related to the operation/management of new or modified services or solutions, including changes in technical environments. The agreement will also include services related to the design of the data center, test and production environments, as well as central and local infrastructure.
The framework agreement will be non-exclusive. The intention is for the framework agreement to cover DSS and the ministry community's needs for service development beyond its own capacity and expertise during the contract period, but without any obligation to purchase.
