The competitive tendering process concerns the delivery to Bodø Upper Secondary School of the following:
— teaching furniture,
— office furniture,
— special room equipment,
— public and street furniture,
— custom fittings,
— boards.
Tenderers are welcome to submit tenders for one or more product groups. However, tenderers may not impose a reservation stating that prices and conditions will only apply if they win more than one product group.Sub-deliveries will be evaluated separately according to the ‘most cost-effective’ procedure with relative weighting as the mathematical model. A contract will be established with one supplier per sub-delivery.
The tendering process has common qualification requirements for all the sub-deliveries. Minimum requirements and award criteria are presented under the ‘Sub-deliveries’ tab.
Common to all the sub-deliveries is the fact that prices must be quoted exclusive of VAT but inclusive of carriage and installation.
