The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund (Lånekassen) is conducting a limited competitive tender procedures where the objective is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of consulting services for the following areas:
— Project management and other consultancy
— Legal services
The Norwegian State Loan Fund envisages entering into framework agreements for the next four years with three to six companies in the areas of project management and other consulting services, and with three service providers in the field of legal services. Each area is subject to competition.
The tenderer may choose to submit tenders for one or both of the above framework agreement areas.
