The County Governor of Sogn and Fjordane (FMSF) operates the form solutions which have been accessible for all County Governor offices since 2004. Current agreement is running out and FMSF wishes to establish a new agreement for handling of the form solutions. The County Governors offices have approximately 2 500 employees and are organised as 18 standalone units. FAD is a superior ministry and has delegated responsibility for purchasing, operations and management for form solutions to FMSF. The aim of the announcement is for the purchase of solutions for user dialogue (form solutions) for the County Governor of Sogn and Fjordane. Sogn and Fjordane County Council supports the County Governor of Sogn and Fjordane in the purchasing disciplines, but is not involved in the contract, see details in the tender document.
