This is a notice for a contract to develop and offer continuing and further education as a part of the strategy for continuing and further education of employees in PPT 2013 - 2018.
The deadline for receipt of tenders is 13.12.2013.
Each institution can apply for up to 2 further education offers and 2 continuing education offers. Continuing education offers shall be developed and offered in the same fields that further education is offered.
The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training has set a limit for the development of the offers to 250 000 NOK per further education and continuing education offer. This means that each institution can apply to develop up to two continuing education offers and two further education offers for a limit of a total of 1 000 000 NOK.
The development costs shall also cover costs connected to travel and overnight stays for gatherings that are arranged by the coordinating institution in the development phase of the offers.
The implementation of the offers will be financed by a refund scheme. Start up costs equivalent to 600 000 NOK per study offer will be refunded. This sum is for costs connected to participation for the first ten students. 19 000 NOK per student will be refunded after this. Tenderers are to send refund claims to the Directorate after the start up every autumn and towards the end of the offer the following spring.
