The Norwegian public service pension fund, hereafter called SPK, invites you to a tender contest for entering into framework agreement for the purchase of assistance with leadership development. SPK shall enter into framework agreement with one — 1 — supplier who can assist in development and implementation of various activities in connection with internal leadership development which includes all areas of SPK's organisation.
SPK wants to develop a culture that reinforces goals and visions, ensures professional management and leadership, and supports further development of SPK as a goal-oriented and attractive expert business. This includes establishing a working environment with increased focus on co-operation, communication and learning. Furthermore, developing a company culture characterised by the desire to be the industry's best, with focus on continual improvement through identification and realisation of new possibilities based on cost-benefit thinking. SPK wants to achieve better quality and cost effectiveness through increased focus on 'right first time'.
