Direktoratet for økonomistyringhas carried out an open tender competition with a view to entering into a framework agreement with a supplier to cover out need for purchasing of office furniture/office chairs at Sentralenheten (in Oslo and at our other offices in Norway. The duration of the agreement will be up to 4 years.

The procurement shall cover DFØ's need for office furniture by all DFØ office sites in Norway.Office furniture means amongst others: tables and chairs, draw sections, shelves and racks, sofas and screening walls for use in offices and office landscapes as well as in meeting rooms and social zones.

Each office location is currently furnished and call off from the deal will be required for replacement and with supplementing of office furniture.

Purchase of office furniture amounted to approximately 1.4 millionNOK for 2012. During 2012 a number of large procurements were carried out, and the amount is not meant to be indicative of yearly purchase under the framework agreement.

The framework agreement applies from the beginning of the contract and for two years with option for DFØ to extend the agreement by one year at a time under the same conditions. DFØ has the option to extend the agreement a maximum of two times.
