The framework agreement shall cover The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training's (Utdanningsdirektoratet) requirement for IT equipment, etc. during the entire contractual period. The framework agreement shall cover procurement of IT equipment, service and maintenance performance, consulting services as well as third party software.
