Tromsø municipality shall enter into a new framework agreement for the delivery of various supplies to the municipality's departments and service locations, and in connection with this invites to an open tender contest.
The contract period is 2 year from contract signing, with option for 1 +1 year prolongation.
The tender invitation includes the following product groups:
Product group 1: Office accessories.
Product group 2: School supplies.
Product group 3: Computer supplies.
Product group 4: Copy paper.
Product group 5: Envelopes with/without logo.
The municipality requests products in accordance with the tender documents. The contract value is approx. 8 000 000 NOK per annum.
The estimated annual value is based on previous received statistics, only, and does not necessarily represent the municipality's expected procurements during the agreement period. Dependent on the budgetary situation, the municipality might procure more or fewer products than estimated.
The tender may include the entire delivery or parts of it, all product groups or a single category. It may be relevant to divide the contract between several suppliers, but the municipality primarily request as few suppliers as possible.
If the tenderer involves other suppliers/sub-suppliers in the delivery, the tenderer is liable for these.
It must be clearly stated with information of derogation if the tenders do not comply with all requirements and specifications.
