Hias IKS invited tenders for a tender competition concerning the purchase and maintenance of a standard electronic scorecard system. The aim of the procurement was to obtain a user-friendly scorecard system based on the contracting authority's terms, which also supports the methodology "from strategy to action“. It was important that the logic in the contracting authority's current system was maintained, and that the new solution supported the contracting authority's governance process.
