The objective of the contract is to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of occupational injury insurance services to Bergen municipality. The insurance shall cover Bergen municipality's, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, liability in accordance with the prevailing Law regarding occupational injury insurance services and accompanying regulations, as well as the Basic Collective Agreement's chapter 1, § 11.
The insurance shall include the Awarding Authority's employees, as well as defined group not initially included in the occupational insurance service scheme through laws and the basic collective agreement.
