The contract comprises the following three professional fields:
I. Railway professions.
II. Professions related to the operation of a tunnel drilling machine (TBM).
III. Technical building and construction professions.
Each of the three professional fields are divided in the following competence matrix:
A: Production management
Including but not restricted to QA/QC engineer, engineer geology and geotechnics.
B: Consultative technical services.
C: Various specialist services
