Romsdalsmuseet as the contracting authority has conducted competitive tendering for the execution of the following services at the ‘New public and storage building’ in Molde.

The tender competition concerns the role as construction manager for the execution phase of the project in the Contractor managed project execution.
Services will includes assignments for planning, administrating and coordinating work on the construction site so that the project is completed in a resource efficient manner within the approved project frameworks.
In addition, the Contractor invites tenders for the role of Project Manager – as an alternative to releasing the option on the architects offer for the role.
