The Patent Office requests tenders for:
Supplementary purchases for existing office spaces, shelving and office chairs 2. Conference room furniture, furniture for areas for socialising, and other fittings/furniture.
Lot 1 - The existing office space includes: desks, screens, closet shelving, free standing cabinets and office chairs - see requirement specifications. Suppliers shall tender for all modules.
The tendered furniture shall not differ significantly from the existing furniture. If a supplier tenders for a similar type of furniture, the award authority shall at least see the furniture, and possibly borrow a set of furniture for testing in the offices. Award authority will determine whether the tendered furniture differs too much from existing furniture.
Lot 2 - Conference room furniture and other fittings/furniture. Examples of conference room furniture shall be tendered - see requirement specification's point 2.4. In addition, supplier shall offer a catalogue with conference furniture and other fittings/furniture.
