OED would like, in connection with obtaining knowledge on the affects of petroleum activities in the north eastern Norwegian Sea, and for impact assessments of affects of petroleum activities in the South Eastern Barents Sea and for the sea areas around Jan Mayen, to enter into a contract for a study on the delivery of knowledge status of consequences of acute emissions, assessment of consequence potential, implementation of environment risk analyses and assessment of risk reducing initiatives in the above mentioned areas.
