Regarding tihe prequalification for the tender "Framework agreement for the supply of individual container systems" (Contract Notice 2012/S 20-032310). DALO has decided to cancel the tender due to insufficient competition.
A new contract notice with adjusted requirements will be published via SIMAP/TED as soon as possible; presumably within the next three weeks.
It should be stressed that all applicants will have to send a new application for prequalification in accordance with the requirements and formal procedures stated in the upcoming contract notice. It is not possible to simply refer to the application already submitted, even if the submitted application fulfills all requirements in the coming contract notice.
