1) Short description:

The contractor has to supply all parts, spare parts, equipment, materials and tools (hereafter called products). Products have to be produced by OEM or its subcontractors. Products must be EASA FORM 1, FAA FORM 8130, TCCA FORM 240078 or equivalent tagged and according to EASA PART 145.
Contractor has to comply with performance according to.
AOG service (seven days a week): Products delivered within 24 hours after purchase order.
H24: Products leaving warehouse within 24 hours from purchase order.
Planned/routine: According to delivery time listed in the spare part list.
Repair and overhaul of products (excluding ATA100 code 11, 22, 23, 34 and 71).
The contractor shall provide repair and overhaul, test/inspection and modifications of the components and equipments. Products used must be EASA FORM 1, FAA FORM 8130, TCCA FORM 240078 or equivalent tagged. Personnel involved in the repair and overhaul shall be approved according to EASA PART 21 and EASA PART 66.

1) Short description:
Provision of helicopter services.
The contractor shall provide scheduled maintenance (100/500 hours or according to other DALO specifications). The contractor has to be certified and/or authorized by the OEM AS 550 C2 Fennec manufacturer. The contractor’s facilities shall be approved to EASA regulation PART M, PART 21 and PART 145.
Personnel involved in the work shall be approved to EASA PART 66 and EASA PART 145.
Provision of technical assistance.
The contractor shall provide services such as documentation, engineering, kits manufacturing and supervision. The contractor has to be certified and/or authorized by the OEM AS 550 C2 Fennec manufacturer, and the contractor’s facilities shall be approved to EASA regulation PART M, PART 21 and PART 145.
