Laboratory Medicine, Diagnostic Clinic at the University Hospital of North Norway would like tenders for 1 inductive connected plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) system with auto samples for research analyses, routine analyses and method development.
The instrument system shall mainly be used for quantifying various elements which exist in very low concentrations. The system must therefore be able to handle high matrix samples. The sample material is mainly serum/plasma/full blood, but also urine or tissue. The main analytical geometries will be heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, chrome, cadmium, mercury, copper, nickel, vanadium, aluminium and tin.
The thinning and adding reagents to serum/plasma/full blood samples which shall be analysed as regards various metals shall be carried out by UNN’s Tecan Freedom Evo 200 robot.
