The objective of the mapping task is to gain a better understanding of when and how to use AI and digital tools in integration services by:
- Mapping digital tools and the use of AI in the work on integrating refugees and immigrants in the Nordic capital cities. The mapping is expected to provide an overview of what has been developed and what is currently under development in the public sector and offer qualified reflections and recommendations related to the following subpoints:
- In which cases or situations are digital tools and the use of AI effective and appropriate, and in which cases is human contact more effective and appropriate?
- Which types of digital tools and AI-based solutions are suitable for different target groups of refugees and immigrants (including, for example, refugees with low versus high levels of education and refugees with long versus short periods of residency)?
Tasks and deliverables:The mapping and assessment task includes the following deliverables:
- A report in English with a mapping/overview and assessment of the digital strategies and solutions targeting refugees and immigrants in the Nordic capitals, including a description of good examples/best practice on digital solutions, i.e., some projects/examples on how to use AI to help immigrants in relation to various aspects on integration. The report shall include reflections from developers and users of digital tools.
- Recommendations in the report on how to expand and/or upscale efficient digital solutions to other Nordic capitals, and which barriers there might occur, including an examination of which prerequisites the target group have for using these digital solutions.
- An online seminar to disseminate the results of the report and for sharing best practices. The target group of the seminar shall be identified in cooperation with the contracting authority and the Nordic Capital Network.
Maximum price:The Contracting Authority has set a maximum price of DKK 650.000 excl. VAT.
Language:The tender offer with all documents including any appendices to the solution description, must be submitted in English, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish language.
The business language in all communication regarding the solution of the task is English, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish language.
Questions to the tender notice material with a deadline of 5 January 2026, 12 p.m. must be asked in English language.
