The object of the tender process is actively shielded 600 MHz high resolution NMR magnet (later also “Magnet or Equipment”).
VTT is currently building a new building in Otaniemi, Espoo, and VTT’s 600 MHz NMR spectrometer currently located in Viikki Biocenter, Helsinki, will be moved to the new building. The new building will be completed in November 2025 at the earliest.
In the new building, only actively shielded NMR magnet can be operated and, hence, the object of this tender process is an actively shielded 600 MHz NMR magnet to replace VTT’s current Oxford 600/51 magnet from year 1990 with round-bottom design.
