The Joint Authority of the Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) is preparing a procurement of a platelet agitators and compatible incubators. The supplies are needed in HUS Diagnostic Centre´s Blood Centres. There are currently nine (9) Blood Centres. The Centres locate currently around Uusimaa, Kymenlaakso and South Karelia. The amount of Blood Centres may increase or decrease, and the locations may change in the future. The current estimation is that there is a need for 2-4 products annually.
Platelet agitators and incubators are used to storage and provide continuous agitation for the platelet products. If you have platelet agitators and incubators in your selection and you are interested in participating the procurement procedure, we kindly ask you to answer the questions presented here.
The purpose of this Request for Information is to obtain information about the current platelet agitators and incubators available on the market to carry out the procurement procedure in an appropriate manner. The aim of this market consultation is also to see if there are possible candidates who are able to provide the products which are needed by HUS.
