Traffic Management Company Fintraffic Ltd is procuring operational insurances provider for the Comprehensive Crime Insurance Insurance coverage for the Group. Contracting entities include Traffic Management Company Fintraffic Ltd and its subsidiaries Fintraffic Air Navigation Services Ltd, Fintraffic Road Ltd, Fintraffic Railway Ltd and Fintraffic Vessel Traffic Services Ltd.

- Annex 1.1 Crime Proposal Form (Confidential)
Fintraffic Group have prepared application forms for the insurance cover, which include necessary information about each company for risk assessment. The information listed in the annex 1.1 "Crime Proposal Form" are confidential in nature, and will be provided only upon request to the authorised tenderers. The interested tenderer must be authorised by the Finnish Financial supervisory authority to conduct insurance activities in relevant insurance classes regarding this call for tenders. The authorisation must be valid within the European Economic Area.
Document of the authorisation may be requested if necessary. Separate non-disclosure agreement may be requested, if the documents and/or information do not provide the contracting entity with sufficient guarantee that the tenderer is required to follow strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with laws, regarding any information it may be provided by possible clients when
conducting its insurance business.
Additional details concerning the scope and terms of the insurance coverage are included in the Annexes of this call for tenders. The contracting entities require that the insurance coverage includes the additional Insurance Covers in addition to basic insurance cover as detailed in the Annexes.
The insurance coverage may be amended due to circumstances that the contracting entities could not have foreseen, e.g. changes in legislation that reduce or increase the required insurance coverage for the activities that the contracting entities provide. In such cases, amendments and their effect on prices for the next insurance period will be negotiatied with the selected contractual partner. The contracting entities may also choose to start a new procurement process.
