Beskrivelse: The Danish Energy Agency (DEA) intends to tender a framework agreement regarding consultancy services to the DEA Country Programs. The purpose of the framework agreement is to enable DEA to source specialist technical expertise on demand to ensure that DEA can access the most appropriate knowledge and skills and benefit from the expertise and experience of international and local know-how and resource base in the Country Programs and Projects.
