Hankinta on viiden kunnan yhteishankinta, josta jokainen kunta tekee oman hankintapäätöksen ja sopimuksen. Jokaisen kunnan kuvaushankinta on itsenäinen hankinta eikä riipu toisten kuntien hankinnoista.
Hankinnan tekniset ja laatuvaatimukset ovat esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteissä ja kilpailutuksen voittaa nämä vaatimukset täyttävä, parhaan hinnan tarjonnut tarjoaja.

The procurement is a joint procurement of five municipalities, each of which makes its own procurement decision and contract. Each municipality’s procurement is an independent procurement and does not depend on the procurements of other municipalities.
The technical and quality requirements of the procurement are presented in the annexes to the invitation to tender and the winner of the competition is the bidder who meets these requirements and offers the best price.
Aerial photography must be done at a time when the snow has melted from the areas of the municipalities to be photographed, but the leaves are not yet on the trees. Estimatedly, this time window is specified in the attached agreement template.
