The subject of the market dialogue is the upcoming Digirail, Eulynx based object controller procurement for the needs of the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency.
Background and objectives
The procurement consists of the delivery of object controllers in the area Lielahti-Rauma/Pori, Finland, interfacing them by using Eulynx to interlocking and support services. This market dialogue covers the scope of the procurement as well as other parts of object controllers and support systems in general level.

Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency is organizing a market dialogue event regarding the procurement, on February 22, 2024, from 9:00 to 11:00 via Microsoft Teams.
This notice is a prior information notice. It does not constitute a call for tenders
The prior information notice includes an invitation to a market dialogue, during which all interested suppliers have the opportunity to engage in technical dialogue regarding the procurement with the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. The purpose of the market dialogue event is to present the procurement and hear the views of potential suppliers on the content and schedule of the procurement and the preliminary procurement process.
This notice is not a call for tenders or a procurement notice, and its publication does not initiate a tendering process. Instead, it is a market dialogue and information request related to market consultation. Participation in the market dialogue is not a requirement for participation in any subsequent tendering process. This notice does not obligate the contracting authority to carry out the actual procurement.
Instruction for registration:
Participants must register for the market dialogue in advance no later than February 16, 2024, at 13:00 via e-mail to
juha.lehtola@vayla.fi and
aron.sajavaara@vison.fi. The subject line of the email should be "Call for market dialogue to Digirail, Eulynx based object controller procurement". The registration should confirm the names and e-mail addresses of the participants. Microsoft Teams invitations to the event will be sent out to participants once the registration period has closed.

After the market dialogue, participants will receive a separate online survey.
No compensation will be provided to participating companies for responding or attending.
