Short description

This procurement is regarding KBH05 project, a reinvestment of the 132 kV power line incl. minor reinvestments in the 132 kV substation of Glentegård and Amagerværket and covers Construction/Erection All Risks insurance incl. fire and storm and including Marine Cargo, extended maintenance and Third-Party Liability (TPL) Insurance involving the following lot with inception from June 1, 2024:

Lot 1  

Onshore and Offshore Construction/Erection All Risks insurance including Marine Cargo, extended maintenance and Third-Party Liability
Insurance.

Lot details: Construction/Erection incl. Terrorism. Estimated Contract value DKK 751,000,000. Extended Maintenance period 60 months. Marine Cargo DKK 35,000,000 +10%. Terrorism DKK 100,000,000. Third-Party Liability DKK 150,000,000 and further sums/limits according to the attached document “Risk and Insurance Information”.

Option: Contractors Pollution Liability.
Contractors Pollution Liability DKK 5,000,000 and further coverage according to the attached documents “Risk and Insurance Information”.

Energinet reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender. There is no remuneration to participants in the negotiations.
Costs incurred by the tenderer in connection with the preparation and submission of a tender for one or more lots are the tenderers to bear and will not be reimbursed.

There is anticipated to be one negotiation meeting held via Microsoft Teams.
