UNDP ITM is undertaking the IoT Foundation Project to establish the groundwork for the use of advanced IoT solutions in UNDP offices across the globe. As part of this project, UNDP will deploy an initial standard IoT Kit to each UNDP Country Office inclusive of IoT gateways and sensors. This ITB has the objective of sourcing the required hardware to enable the project to be centrally delivered to UNDP ITM Copenhagen by suppliers. For this purpose this ITB requests bids for two lots of IoT equipment to be delivered to UNDP ITM Copenhagen. Bidders can provide complete bids or partial bids for each lot but need to quote all items in the lot and comply with the technical requirements as outlined in the Terms of Reference. The items per lot are specified in Section 5_Terms of Reference, on Form D_Technical Bid - Vendor Compliance and should be quoted on the Quantum platform line by line. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
